Scarce Illinois 18S 15J Grade 100 Fancy Damaskeening Open Face Lever Set Nickel Movement.  Enamel double sunk dial with a hairline.  Nice clean and bright nickel movement with good staff but not running.  Very scarce with a total production of 800.
