This record has been played once and stored in a climate-controlled, pet-free home since purchase in 2009.  There is a tiny corner ding atop the spine.  There is also a seam split on top of one of the gatefold sides (SEE PHOTOS).  The record was sold in a plastic baggie, without perforation, so I did the best I could then to open and then preserve it (SEE PHOTOS).  Hype sticker is on baggie.
