We are pleased to present a bronze "Bronco Buster" statue, 13.5" high to hat, after Frederic Remington. Probably a vintage 1950s recast. On a marble base measuring 9" x 5.25". Nice and heavy. The two things I notice with this is the rope (copper) which probably went into his extended hand is now wrapped around his wrist. There is also an incomplete mold fill at the back of the hat brim, so there is a small gap where the brim meets the hat (see pics); minor but I wanted to mention it. Generally a nice quality cast.
