the materials.  These are by La Rosa Del Tango.  Size 40 or 10 usa.  27 cm length. 3mm foot padding, with 6cm low heel.  I ordered low heel as they are great for regular dancing but good for long hours of practice. Woven heel cage and double ankle straps are comfortable, supportive and attractive.  Very stable shoe.  I owned these in red and wore them out after five years so i bought them again. You can see from pics bottoms still have plastic on them. Does not come with shoes bag.  I can ship in box or without which is cheaper.  Usually around $9.  Beats the $35 i paid from italy.  I paid 150 for them.   I would say these fit a med to a little bit wider foot, but not a narrow for sure.
