Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Wilson's must be contacted within 3 days of delivery of your package if you intend to return your purchase.
Pieces must be returned back to us within 5 days from the receipt of return label. If Wilson's is not contacted within 3 days, and/or we do not receive the items back no refund will be issued.
You must contact us immediately once you receive your package to notify us of any problems regarding the condition of the piece.
All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received it including all of the original packaging. No items will be accepted for return if it is damaged, worn, or altered.

For orders over $1,000 we offer complimentary sizing if the process and size requested is possible for that particular piece. Sizing requests can be made via email or in an eBay message. Sizing takes approximately 5 business days to complete and are processed in the order received. Sizing is at the discretion of Wilson's Estate Jewelry.
We also provide one complimentary stone tightening/prong assessment within the first year of purchasing an engagement ring with us.
