HARDCOVER BOOK IS BEING SOLD AS IS.

The dust cover (book cover / jacket) is in horrible condition. Has a number of tears in it.

The book has a number of white stickers covering specific sections. NO idea why the person who owned this book did that. The student who owned this book was planning on throwing it in the trash. 

Some pages/sections of the book have slight fading, scuff marks, and indentions. One photo I took shows the separation where the binding is, but this is toward the rear of the book itself.

Those who are not familiar with my situation and do not follow me, I will lean toward describing products in worse condition, hence why a number of VERY pleased buyers were surprised to find their purchases in better condition than what was described.

We are just grateful for so many buyers for choosing to contribute to my mom's living expenses during this challenging time in her life.
