Appears like new, barely used. This is a basic bones action cam that works great. I wrote that the still camera option had issues, but it doesn't. When in video mode, if you hit the up button on the side, it takes a still shot. Just didn't know that until I fiddled with it. The battery may need to be updated for maximum performance, although it seemed to work just fine. Comes with all factory packaging plus accessories and instruction manual.
