Selling this pair of NWT Ring Jacket Charcoal Flannel Trousers, made from VBC 120s fabric. Bought it a few years ago, but never got around to wearing it. Note that it came hemmed to 28, but there's a lot of fabric inside the pant leg so it could easily be extended if you need a longer length. 

Approximate measurements are as follows:

Waist: 31"

Front Rise: 9.75"

Back Rise: 16"

Thigh: 12"

Opening: 7.5"

Inseam: 28" (with room to extend by at least 3 inches by a tailor)
