Up for bid is the older style SESAMEE combination padlock.   etc. I think this model started in the early 30s.

Padlock is set on 635.  Most of the sesame locks I have seen you can change the combination on the back of the lock with a lever. This version does NOT have a lever. It never did.

There IS a hole in the cavity where the shackle is locked. Maybe you stick a rod in that hole that pushes on something that allows you to change the combination.

I’ve never seen a sesame lock that didn’t have the combination changing feature.

I’m sure the collectors will know. Works great on 635. Just flip up dust cover and turn it clock wise and it opens

Combination wheels all work smoothly.

As you can see in pictures the nickel plating over brass has worn and flaked in some areas.  Not bad.  Everything is nickel over brass including the shackle and dust cover.

Please see pics as these are most of my description.
