This is a Synology Diskstation DS415+ 4 bays. 

It's not working, when powering on a blue led keeps blinking and doesn't seem to boot.

Might be repairable since I read online that some people change capacitors and it could be the issue, but I don't know so selling it as non-working.

Box, power adapter and all caddies for Disks are included as seen in pictures. Has some dust from usage but in overall good shape.
