Larger lid measures approximately 4 7/8” diameter. There is a chip on the inner rim that I have shown in the photos. Smaller lid measures approximately 3 5/8” diameter. It has a small crack/flaw on the edge that is also shown in the photos. I am unsure of patterns or what the lids were originally for. Sold as is.
