Web notes were produced using an experimental process similar to how newspapers are made. They were made in limited quantities in $1 series of 1988A, 1993, and 1995.

With the average life expectancy of a $1 bill being about 6 1/2 years, you just don’t see cool bills like these in circulation these days. They are VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE to find anymore, as they were scarce back in the day they were made, and the survival rate is very low today.
