Items are 100% guaranteed. You may return for any reason by simply notifying us within 30 days of receiving item (subject to some very reasonable fine print below).*

To put it another way: If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase you have the guaranteed right to return to us for refund of all costs, including shipping both ways.

*Please notify us of your intentions within 30 days of receipt of item so we can help coordinate the return. You may return for any reason, with no quibbling. We must insist however that returned items are in the same condition as sent out, also, we refund basic shipping option costs only (in the off chance you've chosen an expedited shipping option when ordering we'll cover what the basic shipping option would have cost).

We pride ourselves on our careful packing for shipping! We're happy to combine shipping on multiple items. If for some reason shipping costs seem not to reflect this, please get in touch and we'll work out a fix. If necessary we'll do an instant Paypal refund if we can't get things to charge correctly at the outset. We don't aim to profit on shipping/handling costs.

International buyers please contact us about shipping costs as calculated. We'll do whatever we can to quote you you the lowest shipping cost possible.
