This Vintage Set of Silver Tulip Flatware by International Silver is the Perfect Addition to Your Set.  The pieces have some signs of wear but overall are in Excellent Condition.  They are in need of polishing.  There is a complete 5 place setting for eight people, with an extra eight teaspoons.  The set also includes serving spoons, a pie server, sugar spoon, butter knife, serving fork, and polishing cloths.  The outside of the box is in good condition, but the blue felt lining on the inside of the lid has a piece of tape holding it up.
