A mint condition Guild T-50, thin line, single pick up, hollow body electric guitar.

This is a beautiful looking and sounding guitar, with a low playable action and comfortable slim neck. It comes with the original Franz P90 pickup, for wonderful clarify and definition. This guitar is part of Guild’s Newark Street Collection, and is around 6 months old.

The body is arched maple, with a mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard. It is stunning in build quality and finish - absolutely stunning. The depth of colour to the back is really special. It is in immaculate condition, having never left my house since I bought it.

It features beautiful open back tuners in steel and brass on the headstock, which itself has lovely mother-of-pearl inlay. There are vintage Guild volume and tone knobs. I have the original pick guard (and screws for attachment) too, pictured. Although I think tne guitar looks nicer without it.

The tone of the guitar is clear, well defined and quite versatile, sounding great straight into my Fender Blues Juniour, but also really good through various pedals.

Here is what guild says: “It is a non-cutaway model with thinbody arched maple top. Guild’s T-50 is based on a mid-1960s T-50 model and features an arched maple back, maple sides, and a sleek, Vintage Sunburst finish. With beautiful vintage details like the Guild harp tailpiece, iconic center-raised headstock and ivoroid binding, the T-50 harkens back to the classic Guild vibe of the 1950s and ‘60s. Low output single-coil pickups and an easy-to-amplify 1 3/4” body depth complete this guitar, which promises to offer another generation of guitarists the distinctive Guild styling and voice”

The website also includes a couple of videos.

It’s a lovely, lovely guitar. I’m only selling as I have an almost identical style 15 year old Epiphone Century.

It will be packaged very carefully (see my reviews on how well I package), in a guitar box for shipping.
