This is a Sachtler Video 14 fluid head from around 1990, with a single pan bar and 75mm bowl.

It is in working condition.

It has three drag settings in vertical and horizontal planes and is in good working condition.

The mounting plate has tape applied to hold it firmly in the adapter. 

I used a sliding plate adapter attached to the fixed plate with the included 1/4" screw. 

The fixed plate also has room for a 3/8" screw, which isn't supplied.

Weight is 1.7kg without the pan bar.
