FAULTY RARE  JRC NRD 515  HF COMMUNICATIONS RECEIVER SSB SHORTWAVE **SPARES**REPAIR**

Cosmetically good used condition for age with marks  (Pls see photos) but is not working correctly. The receiver powers up fine but I cant seem to pick up any stations and it does not work It is dead on all of the bands and therefore sold as seen spares or repairs with no returns. Thank you
