Vintage HARKO Art Glass Bud Vase Free Form Cobalt Blue Green 8 1/2" tall

John Harko was a boxer turned glass artist. He produced rich art glass and folk art creations using local New Hampshire materials from the 1970s until his death in 1997 at age 91. It isn't known how many pieces he created, but each is unique and was given away to a friend or person he thought would appreciate it and find it meaningful.

We feel honored to be able to offer this special piece.

This lovely vase has a graceful lilting form in cobalt blue with deep green accents. Bubbles, dimples, and infarcts are not defects but part of the charm of hand-blown glass.
8 1/2" high. Very good to excellent vintage condition. Smooth to the hand with no chips or cracks.
