This is a vintage 10k yellow gold believed to be synthetic color changing sapphire and clear 
stone ring. The inside of the band has a carat mark weighing approximately 3.6 grams total
weight. The center stone measures approximately 12.1mm long by 10.3mm wide. 

This ring is a size 7.5.
