To my dismay I recently decided to sell it and in the process of taking pics I removed the battery holder and saw corrosion on one spring contact terminal, which I cleaned to best of my capability (see last pic).
One of the locking tabs on the battery holder cracked due to my attempt to install the holder 180 degrees out of where it was supposed to go.
The good news is the flash works! I doubt this ever saw much use therefore the zenon flash tube should have a lot of life remaining, that being what fails over time. Someone with a worn flash may want to grab this one or it will serve as a good flash for someone doing macro photography.
I see very little signs of wear on the bodies.
