1888 Republican Natl Convention  “ALTERNATE” Ribbon – Wisconsin – Chicago

The 1888 Republican Nominee for President was Benjamin Harrison.

This convention ribbon is very nice, but does not give the year of convention. I have been told that this is 1888 by several collectors this is from the 1888 convention. It has the pinback clip area on reverse to pass stick pin through to wear & has nice tassels on the bottom of the piece. States “Alternate – Wisconsin” on front of ribbon.  Nice piece.

Size is 7 ¾ 2 3/8” wide.  Held in Plastic sleeve for protection. See Scans
