Polyethylene (HDPE), the 1100-litre wheelie bin is a high-quality waste

management solution. The lid and body are made from HDPE, manufactured in the UK. Wheels are equipped with solid rubber,

ensuring exceptional durability and preventing damage by absorbing shocks to

the chassis. These bins are ideal for material handling and waste management,

providing a robust and reliable solution.

The 1100-litre wheelie bin

conforms to EN840 and RAL GZ 951/1 standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Additionally it can be customized with features

such as locks, slots, tow bars, and forklift kits to meet specific requirements.

The robust construction, along with carefully selected raw materials, ensures that this bin has remarkable resistance to impact, UV light degradation, temperature extremes, and chemical contamination. It conforms to all the stipulations of directive 2000/14/EC, bearing the CE symbol and appropriate decibel level markings.

Ideal for diverse environments, including commercial premises and residential properties, the 1100-litre wheelie bin boasts quiet and smooth-running solid rubber wheels. The steel castors, equipped with a dual-stop wheel brake system and a 360-degree swivel range, ensure safe and smooth operation. The steel components, featuring zinc plating, remain corrosion-free.

The 1100-litre wheelie bin is stackable up to 5 units high, maximizing space efficiency during transportation or storage. The container includes a drain plug for liquid collection and cleaning, accommodating approximately 16 average-sized black domestic bin bags.

Optional features include lid locks, gravity lock central locking to prevent unauthorized entry, fork pockets, tow bars, drop front and drop back for accessible access. Supplied with printed livery as shown in photographs, this can be covered with vinyl sticker if required.
