All are working as shown in the video. This is the recalled Po version. One of Po's sayings was interpreted by some to be a cursing slur. Playskool insisted it was a bad interpretation, but we leave it to your ears as shown in the video. In any event, this version was quickly recalled back in 1998 making this a rare collectible.

When found, La La's voice was very weak. We were able to carefully change the batteries while leaving her attached to the box. Surprisingly, the batteries removed appear to be the original batteries from 1998 (see picture). We have not checked whether the other batteries are original or if they were also carefully replaced. (The old, weak batteries will be tossed, but the new replacements in La La are included as well as the batteries in the other dolls.)
