You may return your, whatever the reason is, as long as the garment is in the same condition and in the original packaging it was sent to you in, you can return this to us within 30 days after receiving the item.

What is Ex-Chainstore?

Ex-Chainstore is the term used to describe garments that are no longer stocked by the high-street store they were originally made for and sold by.

Why do you remove or cut the tags & labels from the garments?

The tags and labels are removed from items before dispatch, to prevent store returns and to comply with UK resale and copyright laws. 

You can be assured the garments we sell as new as those bought in stores.






Please note that this item is brand new, but sold without swing tags (BNWOT) and has been de-labelled by my supplier to comply with law to prevent store returns.

And replaced with a stock label wash care and composition

Measurements – Are as accurate as possible but please note that some brands do vary size to size.

Delivery details – We aim to despatch all items via ROYAL MAIL within 48hrs of payment.

Payment details - We accept most payments. We do combined international shipping, if you wish to buy two items or more. Then please buy as normal and we will issue you a combined postage refund once we have despatched your goods.

Refund policy – You may return the item within 30 days of receipt if you are not happy with it. A refund will be given if the item is in its original unworn condition and packaging. If you intend returning the item please could you ensure that it has not been exposed to cigarette smoke or any strong smells. Once we receive the item back, we will issue you with a refund of the original cost of item only (EXCLUDING POSTAGE COST). via paypal within 48 hours.   

If you are not happy with our terms of selling, then please do not buy, as we do not wish you to be disappointed.

Finally, if you have any problems at all with any items you receive from us (we do check every garment that we send out and pride ourselves  on our service, but occasionally a problem might slip through), then please contact us before leaving feed back as we will always seek to deal with this.
