The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby. 1839. First American Editions, Volumes 1 & 2. The title information on the spine is no longer legible. The condition of the spines are rough. The covers on both are light blue and on volume one, It looks as if something wet had been dropped on/or splattered. Vol 2, two spot splatters. See pictures. Volume 1, the first page has been slightly torn from the spine. The second page has a name but the writing is too fancy and I was not able to tell what the name is. See picture. The pages in the rest of the book are in good condition. Foxing is noted on the first initial pages of each book, volume one greater than volume two. See pictures.

Shipping

• I ship to the United States, & Worldwide not including the Middle East.
• Shipping charges reflect the Carrier shipping only.
• Multiple purchases will be combined to the extent possible to minimize shipping costs.  Sometimes, due to size and weight, I will not be able to combine multiple purchases into one box.
• Buyers Who Reside In The United States: I ship via USPS w/most the most cost-effective means.  Shipping exception: Fedex or UPS when it is the most cost-effective.
• Buyers Who Reside International:  I ship via USPS Priority Mail International. Charges such as import duties, customs costs & taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.  
• A package is usually shipped w/in 2 Business day after we receive full payment.
• The buyer will be notified via e-mail the day the ebay item is shipped.

Return Policy:

• Buyer must contact seller w/in three days from receipt date of the item.
• Buyer must ship the item back to the seller w/in fourteen days from receipt date of the item.
• Item condition must be identical to the auction description.
• Buyer must ship via the same shipper under the same shipping service as received & in the same packaging as received.

Damage or Loss of Insured Item:In the event an item is damaged or lost during shipping, the buyer immediately notifies the seller.  The buyer will retain the damaged item & all packaging.
