This is a generous UK size 20, key measurements are as follows:

Jacket:

Centre back length: 75cm

Sleeve (from shoulder seam): 32cm

Chest Flat (underarm to underarm): 64cm

Trouser (with half elasticated waistband):

Front rise (from below waistband): 30cm

Inside leg: 68cm

Waist relaxed to extended: 36 to 41 inches.

There are some light marks on the collar and a spot stain close to the bottom front of the jacket. The trouser waistband has also been altered. Please see pictures 21,22,23 in the gallery.
