The razor functions like it has been seldom or never used. It is very precise and tight when opening and closing the flaps. The PAT dates are very easy to read as all the other lettering. 

Very good condition with the exception of one flap. One flap has some pitting. The case is in fair condition. Also need to mention the twist to open knob is tarnished green. I did not try to clean. I have never seen one green, so I am amusing it is the brass plating tarnished just in that one area? 

Back to the case. The hinge needs adjusting. It does not quite stay closed. (see photos) It is also missng some it it's leather cover in some areas.

To sum things up. This is a great 100% functional razor that looks great, but is not perfect.
