Baby Pickle is one of my favorite sculpts. They are sold out but I have one more to make and then I must say good-bye to Pickle. This baby is 24 inches and 8 pounds. She has full movable limbs and a belly plate. Her hair is rooted and sealed mohair and the lashes are rooted and sealed too. I painted her with Genesis paints giving her mottled skin, veins and eyelid veins, blushing and shading. The last coat was a heat set protective varnish. Her skin is smooth. She's weighted with triple bagged fine glass beads and tiny steel beads.Her head and torso are filled with a poly filling. I left her neck a bit loose so her head moves as a real baby's would. She has a modified pacifier which didn't need a magnet. I dressed her in a diaper, undershirt, socks, head band, hair bow, belly plate and the 3 outfits shown. All clothing items are new and she wears size 6 months best. She'll come with her things, wrapped in a blanket and securely packed.
