A large left-folded pamphlet measuring 8-1/2" by 11" and containing eight pages including front and rear covers. NARMIC was a project of the American Friends Service Committee. Dated January 1, 1973, the text begins: "American assistance to the Thieu government is a key factor in determining whether a permanent peace can be obtained in Vietnam. It is only the assurance of continuing U.S. aid that emboldens Thieu to order mass arrests in rural and urban areas and to maintain tight surveillance on potential dissident elements."
