I have a Vintage 1972 Fisher Price Toys Little People Happy House Boat Houseboat #985 for sale. This is pre-owned and well used. There are scratches and scuffs. The side stickers are gone, see pictures. It still is in good condition and still lots of life and fun play left in it. The bottom wheels work fine, the diving board  works, the steering wheel and seat work.
