This pack brings the Cobra's Crimson Guard and Scarred Cobra Officer ( I'm guessing its Fred VII and Scar-Face ) a new, original 2007 G.I. Joe 25th Anniversary two pack action figure made by Hasbro. The figure is made of plastic with adjustable features. It comes in its original packaging, which is in mint condition and features a foil design. The character is part of the G.I. Joe series.
