Vintage Wilton Armetale RWP Plough Tavern Creamer & Sugar Bowl with Lids USA Rustic Farmhouse Grandma Cottage Core

These amazing pieces of mid-century holloware were made from Armetale, a metal developed by Wilton Brass Company in 1963. The name Armetale was coined to signify "art" and "metal". It has the look of pewter but met the food service requirements of US Food & Drug Administration. They were made in Pensylvania and all four pieces have visable makers marks. The creamer features a potbelly with a lid. It is 5½" tall with the lid, 3¾" without it, 2¾" in diameter across the opening, 5" spout to handle with a base diameter of 3". The sugar bowl features a spoonslot with a lid. It is 5½" tall with the lid, 3¾" without it, 2¾" in diameter across the opening, 6" handle to handle with a base diameter of 3". These pieces are in "as found" condition. I leave it to the buyer to clean and/or polish as they wish.
