This is a lovely pre-owned dangle/charm band style ring made by Judith Ripka in Thailand from solid sterling silver (marked 925 Judith Ripka & Thailand CZ on inside of ring).  It is set with 3 tiny round cut CZs set into a dangling heart on a cable style band.  It is a size 6.  

CZs are approx. 1-1.5mm round.  Dangle at longest/widest points is approx. 13mm x 8mm.  The band itself at widest point in front is approx. 6mm with the sides and rear at approx. 3mm in width.

Lovely designer ring in good pre-owned condition; may have some light scratching due to use. 

Comes with a ring box (not original to piece).  Ideal for gift giving or as a gift to yourself.
