Graded MS65+ by NGC - but I broke it out of slab to keep in my collection (don’t like slabs). Accordingly, to be sold without slab but with original MS65+ NGC label. A stunning and scarce coin with gentle luster in fields. Rarity R2 in ESC. Ex Portland collection.
