Full skirt, long ties, machine embroidered - girl watering flowers

Binding trim on shoulder ruffles, sleeve edges,skirt and around scalloped neckline

It has 3 of the most precious mother of pearl/shell buttons for back closure!

It has a label that I can't make out

Condition is incredible for the age
