LG U.S. Cellular LG-UK410 7" Black Tablet 16GB: Works but LCD is leaking - for Parts or Repair

 
This is an LG G Pad U.S. Cellular Model LG-UK410, 7" Black Tablet in excellent cosmetic, working condition and has been well cared for. It has been reset to factory default. The Touchscreen digitizer is undamaged and works. It does appear to have a leaking LCD creating "clouds" on the display but everything else works.  You could either replace the LCD or scavenge this one to repair one with a good LCD but has a broken touchscreen digitizer or other problem.
