NOTE: If you are buying an item with the reduced shipping charge of $1.95 you are buying an item that will be shipped using an eBay standard envelope with extra postage paid for non-machinable mail. This is to better ensure that your item arrives in undamaged condition. However, be advised, eBay standard shipping can take longer. Sometimes much longer. I have seen it take up to as much as 3 weeks, although that is rare. I can’t explain why that is. That is a USPS issue.

Also, the tracking number associated with eBay standard envelope shipping can sometimes say the order has been delivered when it has not actually been delivered yet. This is because the eBay standard shipping limited tracking records travel from sorting station to station only. So when your item arrives at your local mail distribution center it records it as being delivered. Actual delivery to your home will take a day or two longer.  So please be patient, your item will arrive shortly.
