Part of the original Hawthorne Village Nightmare Before Christmas subscription, Octopus House from 2006.  House still lights up using 2 AA batteries and it comes with it's original Creature Under The Stairs figure.  The original styrofoam and coa have been lost throughout the years, but the building is in great shape and would be an excellent addition to any collection.  Item will be carefully packed and double boxed for shipping.  See pictures for condition details.  Enjoy!
