Bell & Howell Filmosound Specialist. Model 540, P/N 36992. Includes cover and Tiffen 49mm to 55mm lens adapter. 

Unit looks very clean under the cover. The external has some wear. The power cord appears to be a modern replacement. Unit powers up and motors spin fine, lamp is bright. 

I have not tested this unit with film. Please see the photos carefully. I can't guarantee it plays film perfectly, but it looks perfectly serviceable.
