They have elastic waist & a draw string inside the pants to tighten them to your waist. The inseam is unknown, (I can measure it if you need?)

but the pants have been well-loved and are broken in. (I could gladly take pictures of most worn out spots but as you can see in pictures ~ it’s mainly only on knee areas & where you sit on back along with where you sit down..) They have no holes on them and super high quality zipper on each side of bottom of legs.Very convenient..

These pants was a ex boyfriend of mine. They retailed for over a 2,500$++ in 2020.. they are from Alexander Michelle.. prior owner ~ He was 6ft 4” and 38” waist they fit him perfectly… He would wear them around the house and to practices.

I wore them around my house while he was away at games, cos the velvet is so comfortable and cozy. But The Gorgeous/Iconic Gucci monogram is still very pronounced on most all areas of pants..
