The parts are in working order and the air system works on the unit.

The plastic shroud that comes with the item is missing as it wasn’t needed when it was originally fitted but if your hole has been cut to the right diameter and you’re just swapping like for like then this is perfect and will get you by for a cheap replacement rather than the £80 brand new ones online.
