No clue how this works. But when turning the stick it makes clicks like where the numbers are. The other side when turning it opens the top where the blade is.

The razor has slight markings and needs a polish, inside as shiwn has slight rust stain otherwise it is in nice condition. Looks barley used, and stored in an area that had moisture thats why the markings on it. The case has mildew, and tape residue/ mark. It should clean up nice.

Sold as is, not perfect and a fabulous collectible. With case and instructions as photographed. I did not read it nor test it.
