NOTE: These are pre-1.20bpf label rules, so they are no longer allowed in USSSA softball games.

They can be used for batting practice.  Not sure if other softball associations would allow their use in game. 

I used these each for about 3-4 years (~15 games/year - in low level softball league, prior to the USSSA bat rule change for 1.20bpf. label).   Neither have any rattles or bends or cracks.
