This a very red, with stunning cart wheel luster, registry quality, 1993-S Lincoln cent, graded and encapsulated by PCGS as an PF-69 RD DCAM (deep cameo). Under 40-magnification from by microscope and a 10x power loupe, I compared it with the top-pop PR70RD DCAM in my best set and I can't tell a bit of difference...Grading is very subjective, I believe a lot of it has to do with who submits a coin, a PCGS-member or a national dealer.

The dark circle around Lincoln's head and just below the monument on the reverse is the reflection of the camera's lens.

As a collector of both coins and variety of small antique items, I have been buying and selling on eBay for more than a quarter-century...Really, check my perfect feedback, which makes me one of eBay's longest, continuously active sellers/buyers.

I am also selling here on eBay my entire PCGS registry set of Lincolns, currently ranked 14th. The 383 coins include all of the key dates in uncirculated condition, such as the1909-S VDB, 1909-S, 1910-S, 1922-D, 1926-S, the 1931-S and D mints, the elusive and much-sought 1955 doubled die and the 1990 no-S proof. The set also contains 10 top pop memorial proofs. The 1914-D and 1922 no D cents are XFs, and the entire list can be viewed at PCGS.com by searching the Lincoln cents, circulation and proof, with major varieties 1909-Present. This coin is not included in the set because I have a top-pop.

If you have a question, please do not hesitate to ask, because as a long-retired newspaper editor who trained dozens of reporters, I well know that the only dumb question is the one NOT asked.
