The jacket has a USA union tag that suggests it was made some time in the late 60s or 70s. The fabric is some type of mid weight wool blend hopsack common for these types of navy blazer. The buttons are beautiful gold brass with a unique Stanley Blacker design. Overall, it is fairly unconstructed with softly padded shoulder and will fit in any casual situation.
