This camera comes from the collection of my father-in-law, who is proudly one of the original computer geeks. He first acquired his technical skills serving in the Air Force as a code / communication equipment technician during the Vietnam war. He liked to collect vintage computer and television equipment, which were well cared for, but now unfortunately he lives in a nursing home for veterans. We are preparing his house for sale and need to clear out some space and generate some funds for home repairs. Hopefully we can find this a new home where it will be well loved!

This is an 8 mm hand-operated camera, manufactured in 1964. It is in excellent condition externally, as you can see in the photos. I don't see any major damage, but it of course has scratches and the usual wear and tear you would expect for something 60 years old! For example, there is some light rust on the buckle for the case. We have operated all the knobs and levers, and run film in it without issue. However, please note have very little ability to test the camera beyond that, so please be forewarned we cannot make any guarantees. It is offered as is for a collector.

It will come sealed and well packaged (see photos). We are including the original case, plus we are throwing in a bunch of empty reels, some film cans, and some film as added bonus. We just hate to trash things like this, so hope one of you will enjoy it. I understand even non-working versions of these are often desirable as decorative items or props.
