Shipping for individual issues is free beyond the first one, no matter how many you get (excludes CGC comics and larger series sets). Just add comics to the cart before purchasing to get the automatic combined discount.
Comics are shipped in cardboard Gemini mailers for protection. Larger lots are shipped in cardboard boxes with some inner cushioning for protection.
