Vintage Textron Women’s Ruffled Lace Blouse.

There is no size indicated on this blouse. Bust measures 38 inches and waist measures 30 inches. I am selling this as is because there are a few flaws. Material is wearing thin under the arms, a button on the front has been replaced, and some buttons are a little loose and there is a stain on the shoulder. I do not know if that stain might come out or not. Please see photos for details of condition.
