This came in a joblot without a power lead. Because of the corrosion on the sides of the unit I thought I'd have a look in it before finding one. As you can see, the 2 large capacitors are swollen and leaking some electrolyte. This is where I have left it, I don't know whether the capacitors could explode or something, so I haven't plugged it in. I did check all the fuses, and they are all OK. I don't know anything about Quad electronics so I'm just selling for spares or repairs. It doesn't come with a power lead. As you can see I've put some kitchen roll on top of the capacitors to help catch anymore electrolyte that may leak out.
