Buttons down the front / sweetheart waistline - two puffed pockets that bow - comes with a matching tie to bow in front or back - Very full circle skirt - small pleats from the drop waist.

The underarm seam has been sewn to make the arm openings smaller - the side waist seams have been sewn to make smaller. Check measurements in details. There are no shoulder pads.

The dress has no holes or stains - hand washed and line dried - ironed. Perfect for a tea party or wherever.
